Re-cords
Replacement of sash cords on either bottom sash only or both
sashes.

2) General Overhaul
For windows in
reasonably good condition. Removal of beading, sashes and weights, making minor
repairs, sanding
down
mainly to remove flaking paint (we do not attempt to strip
paint work), Cleaning and priming with acrylic primer/under
coat. Replacing with new sash cord and beading machined and fitted with draught
excluder. Windows will still need finished
paint work.

3) Basic Overhaul

Traditional sashes fitted into
existing box frame, including general overhaul as above.

5) Replacement sashes (Double
glazed)
Sashes made from traditional sash stile, machined out to accept
4mm/6mm/4mm double glazed units. Approximately
6mm of
aluminium divider is visible around edge of sash frame, including general
overhaul as above.
